Should I pay taxes and shipping fee?

1. Yes, we are factory, the price is only for product itself

2. The taxes will be charged when the order arrival in customer's destination, and the custom will contact customer to pay for the tariff. 

3. Shipping fee will be charged by us, we will let you know how much shipping fee during talking about the order details. 
   

What is minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity  is 5pcs each design, and if it is ring order, it should be  5pcs each size. 

For example,  FE001 is a ring design,  you should order at least 5 pieces and just for one size. 

Should I pay deposit before production?

1.It is required, the deposit is 50% of total payment for the order. 

2.Full payment before shipping. 

How to make the payment?

1. We prefer to use "paypal" for small order or sample order.

2. If the order's amount over $500, we suggest customer make payment via bank transfer, we will send our company bank information to customer.

How can we deliver products?

We will make sure the products are packed well  and deliver it by UPS or Fedex, DHL. Or deliver by other shipping company that client require. It is uasually takes 3-5 days to destination.

How can I place the order?

1. Send me list for what you want with design code, quantity. And we will give you invoice with total amount and shipping fee.

What should we do before placing order?

1. We should make sure what you exactly require and the price.

2. Negotiate the delivery date for the products (It usually depends on the quantity and how compelicated for products)

3. Confirm the total payment.

Can i order my own design jewelry?

ClientA: I have my design image for new pendant, can you make it for me?

Michael: yes, sure. But you have to pay the mould fee for new item, unless you have large quantity order for us.(Mould fee is usually cost $25-50)

ClientA: Ok, So I want 200 pieces for this time, but i will re-order this item too.

Michael: Ok, if you do in this way, we will not charge you mould fee. 

It is the small order acceptabled ?

Yes, We can make small order too.

Client B: Hello, Can I get item "FR3233" 20 pieces and "FE2127" 5 pairs?

Michael: yes, sure.  

Client B: How much for these two items each? When is the delivery date for this order?

Michael: I will send you  price for these two designs and total cost for this order.  And it will be shipped on xx/xx/xxxx.
